Well, this couldn’t be simpler.
Since I whipped this up accidentally when short of my normal porridge topping option recently, I now find myself craving this in the mornings, (and at most other times of the day too if I’m honest)…
1 Braeburn apple, chopped into chunks
Vanilla essence (optional)
1 tbs Organic, cold-pressed coconut oil
Melt your coconut oil in a small pan
Add your apple chunks
Dust generously with cinnamon
Add a drop of vanilla essence
Slowly stir in the pan for 4-5 minutes until apples soften
Add the apples to your favourite porridge and voila!
